There are countless ways to be part of the magic at Batesville Community Theatre! Whether you love the spotlight or prefer working behind the scenes, BCT offers opportunities for performers, creatives, technicians, and volunteers of all experience levels.
The best way to get involved is to show up to auditions. Auditions are a great way to meet our team, learn how productions come together, and discover where your interests and talents fit — even if you’re new to theatre.
First time auditioning? No experience is required! Auditions are open to everyone, and we love welcoming new faces to BCT.

Love being on stage? Audition and perform in one of our live theatre productions. Prefer to work behind the scenes? We’re always looking for volunteers to help build sets, sew costumes, design props, and create hair and makeup for our shows. If you’re more technically minded, you can join our team of lighting and sound technicians who help bring live theatre in Batesville, Arkansas to life.
We also welcome volunteers for stage crew, hospitality, directing, and production support. No matter your skills or experience, there’s a place for you at BCT.
