There are countless ways to be part of the magic at BCT! Love the spotlight? Step onto the stage. Prefer to work behind the scenes? We’re always looking for people to help build sets, sew costumes, create props, and design makeup or hair. Technical-minded? Join our team of sound and lighting technicians who bring the shows to life. Or maybe hospitality, stage crew, or even directing is more your style.

No matter your skills or experience, there’s a place for you here. The best way to get started is to come to auditions, meet the team, and see where your talents can shine. We welcome new faces with open arms and would love to have you join our theater family. Everyone is welcome at BCT!
