John & Donna Wallace Saltzman Scholarship
The John & Donna Saltzman Memorial Scholarship was established in 2001 to honor the legacy of John & Donna. They were both a proponent of all of the arts and worked with students and adults in our community for over twenty years. Their devotion to theater and the arts set them apart in the fast-paced world in which we live. They truly were people who stopped to smell the roses and enriched the lives of others in the process. We are proud to honor John and Donna Wallace Saltzman by supporting outstanding students that have exemplified good citizenship and remarkable accomplishments in the arts.
This scholarship provides financial support for deserving students seeking higher education in the field of arts and/or humanities. This scholarship is offered each year to both Batesville, Southside and Cedar Ridge School Districts to encourage students to continue their education. These scholarship awards are presented to students at the school’s awards ceremony each spring.
