BCT'S CONFLICT POLICY

BCT reserves the right to NOT CAST someone if they are deemed to have too many conflicts. If someone with a large number of conflicts wants to be considered for a lead role, they will need to consider eliminating some conflicts before casting.

Cast members with an unacceptable number of unexcused absences (not letting a director know ahead of time) during the rehearsal period may be asked to leave the show. Arriving more than 30 minutes late to rehearsal is considered an absence

______________________________________ Participant or parent signature if under 18.

CONFLICT CALENDAR

Please complete the conflict calendar carefully and truthfully. It is critical to successful casting and rehearsal scheduling to be as complete and accurate as possible. Place an "X" if you are unavailable for the entire time period. When writing in your conflicts, please be sure to include:

- Any other production you are or will be in

- Vacations and trips

- All regular weekly commitments (classes, lessons, athletic activities)

- Work schedules (we know that these may change weekly so just let us know as soon as you get your schedule)

We understand that there will be things that come up. We just ask that you let us know as soon as possible so that changes can be made to the rehearsal schedule if needed. For the good of the show and fairness to the staff, volunteers and other actors, we ask that you not add conflicts to your schedule once you have accepted a role.

Calendars to fill in will be provided at Auditions. Kindly be prepared to mark your conflicts at that time.
